Lexydo Platform – Terms of Use
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Lexydo.com platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by Lexydo.com (the “Company”, “Lexydo”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
2. Scope of Services
Lexydo provides a digital platform that may include:
Eligibility assessment and pre-application review for ADGM and Hub71 programs
Company incorporation workflows
Standardized legal document templates
Cap table and entity-management tools
Electronic signature functionality
Integration with third-party service providers (e.g., banks, government portals, legal advisors)
Lexydo does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice. Any templates or guidance are informational only.
3. No Legal or Professional Advice
Lexydo is not a law firm and does not replace licensed professionals.
You acknowledge that:
Legal documents are standardized templates
You are responsible for obtaining independent legal advice where required
Use of templates is at your own risk
4. User Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have authority to act on behalf of the entity you represent
Provide accurate and complete information
Lexydo may refuse or suspend access at its discretion.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide truthful, current, and complete information
Not misuse the Platform or submit misleading content
Comply with all applicable ADGM, UAE, and international laws
Maintain confidentiality of account credentials
6. AI-Assisted Features
Certain features may use automated or AI-assisted analysis (e.g., application quality checks).
You acknowledge that:
AI outputs are probabilistic, not deterministic
Final decisions remain with relevant authorities (e.g., ADGM, Hub71)
Lexydo does not guarantee approvals or outcomes
7. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate third-party services. Lexydo is not responsible for:
Availability, accuracy, or performance of third-party providers
Decisions made by banks, regulators, or government entities
8. Fees and Payments
Fees (if applicable) are disclosed prior to purchase.
All payments are:
Non-refundable unless explicitly stated
Exclusive of taxes unless stated otherwise
9. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, software, workflows, and branding are owned by Lexydo or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform.
10. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to protect confidential information disclosed through the Platform and use it only for permitted purposes.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”.
Lexydo disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by ADGM law:
Lexydo shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Total liability shall not exceed fees paid in the preceding 12 months
13. Termination
Lexydo may suspend or terminate access:
For breach of these Terms
For regulatory or compliance reasons
At its discretion with or without notice
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of ADGM.
The courts of ADGM have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Changes to Terms
Lexydo may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
